About QroDB

QroDB integrates the Quercus robur (English oak) reference genome, structural and functional annotation, and the expression atlas of 645 public RNA-seq libraries. It supports gene search, expression queries, co-expression module analysis and genome visualization.

Genome module, JBrowse and the AI assistant
Added the dhQueRobu3.1 genome and annotation (40,573 genes), deployed the JBrowse 2 browser, and released a Q&A assistant grounded in this site's own data. The library count was updated from 468 to 645; tissue names were normalized; co-expression modules were recomputed with the new sample set.

Added quantification results for the new samples and recomputed RPM; the previous tables are kept as Qro_express_old_20261025 for rollback.
